They met in Paris, where Georgia was at the helm of an iconic fashion brand and Swel was juggling screenplays and film shoots as a director. But it was during a trip to Venice that the spark was ignited: why not drop everything and open the neighborhood bar they’d always dreamed of?
That’s how they combined Swel’s passion for wine, Georgia’s impeccable taste in interior design, and the love they both share for music—especially jazz. The perfect setting to make it a reality? Madrid, right near the Retiro Park, since 2017.
Their concept couldn't be more appealing: a cozy spot, free of labels and pretensions, where you can come and enjoy fine wine in complete freedom. A selection of nearly 200 wines awaits you, paired with cuisine that embraces the best of French tradition, the spirit of the Mediterranean, and the flavors of Morocco.
